I'm BettyB. I started this ministry a few years back. I am a born again christian homemaker and mom, and wife,and grandmother. I gave my life to Christ in 2001, and knowing He is always with me really makes a differance in life today, knowing that He has gone through everything I have and more, makes life alot more easier and safe for me.
Some may wonder about the phrase born again, there was a man that JESUS spoke with about this, and told him how to be born again..we are not born again in the flesh but in the spirit. See the passage below.
John 3:1-8
Jesus Teaches Nicodemus
Now there was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said,
"Rabbi, we know you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the miraculous signs you are doing if God were not with him." In reply Jesus declared, "I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.[a]"
"How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"
Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, 'You[c] must be born again.'
The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit."
Being born again isn't that hard to understand, when we realize we are sinners and we feel we can't walk this walk of life alone, God in His amazing grace tells us we can be born again. We admit we are sinners and we confess with our mouths Jesus is Lord, and believe in our hearts God raised him from the dead we shall be saved.
Nothing of the flesh will enter the Kingdom of God..you must be born again.
When we are saved we have a new nature, out with the old and in with the new. Jesus is our New...His ways will never fade, His love will never be lost, He loves us so much He died so we could live.
