Our technology and innovation, partnerships and networks combine to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses and governments realize their greatest potential.</i></p><p></p><p><b>Title and Summary</b></p><h3></h3><p></p>Manager, Corporate Treasury<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Overview<br>The Corporate Treasury team performs all global treasury activities for Mastercard, including capital planning analysis, rating agency relationships, foreign exchange risk management and trading, cash management, cash positioning, global funding & liquidity management, pensions asset-liability management, and various capital markets transactions (debt issuances, equity share buy-back) including credit facility management.<br><br>The Role<br>The Intercompany Funding Manager in Purchase serves as the companys expert in global repatriation and funding strategies, ensuring efficient movement of cash across liquidity centers to support business objectives. This role is responsible for developing accurate direct cash forecasts for key liquidity hubs, designing and executing intercompany funding plans, and managing repatriation strategies that optimize global liquidity. The manager acts as a critical liaison with Controllership, Tax, and Legal, coordinating documentation, approvals, and execution of intercompany loans and related transactions. This position plays a pivotal role in safeguarding liquidity, maintaining compliance, and enabling financial flexibility across the organization. <br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Cash Forecasting and Liquidity Planning<br> Develop and maintain direct cash forecasts for major liquidity centers, ensuring precision and timeliness.<br> Monitor global cash positions and identify funding requirements across regions.<br><br>Repatriation & Funding Execution<br> Partner with Finance, Tax, and Legal teams to design and execute repatriation strategies and intercompany funding plans.<br> Coordinate documentation, approvals, and execution of intercompany loans, dividends, capital contributions, and related transactions.<br><br>Governance & Compliance<br> Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements for all intercompany funding activities.<br> Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation for all transactions.<br><br>Stakeholder Engagement<br> Act as the primary point of contact for intercompany funding and repatriation matters.<br> Collaborate with global treasury teams and business units to support liquidity initiatives and resolve funding challenges.<br><br>Operational Projects & Process Improvement<br> Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline intercompany funding workflows, enhance automation, and reduce operational risk across liquidity centers.<br> Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen forecasting accuracy, improve documentation quality, and increase efficiency in end-to-end repatriation and funding activities.<br><br>About You<br> Deep understanding of global treasury operations, intercompany funding, and repatriation strategies.<br> Strong analytical and forecasting skills; highly proficient in Excel and treasury systems.<br> Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to coordinate across Controllership, Tax, Legal, and business units.<br> Proven ability to manage complex transactions and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.<br> Experience with cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and intercompany loan execution.<br> Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, CPA, CFA) preferred.<br> Prior treasury or financial operations experience required.<h3></h3><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Mastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
