You will also be responsible to put away all inbound received product in the proper bin locations to ensure product is stocked and ready to be picked.</p><p></p><p> Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines</li><li>Cut the shrink wrap from pallets after they are placed in the proper bin location</li><li>Wrap pallets to ensure stability, check pallet conditions, and stack safely for transport to storage</li><li>Promptly report damage and all inventory discrepancies</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock, and facility areas</li><li>Maintain all food safety, housekeeping, and other applicable standards</li><li>Replenish empty pick bins</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED. College coursework, continuing technical education or comparable business experience is a plus</li><li>Warehouse experience preferred</li><li>Reach truck experience required</li><li>Must be able to pass operational fork truck test with 80% or better</li><li>Handle and prioritize requests from multiple sources</li><li>Basic math skills to ensure proper height and counts per pallet and identify or verify pallet ID numbers</li></ul><ul><li>Accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work at elevated heights while wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the job (such as fall protection harnesses)</li><li>Ability to take directions using the headset selection system (such as VoCollect)</li><li>Ability to accommodate flexible schedules to meet the needs of the member to include nights, weekends, and holidays</li></ul><p></p><p>Environmental Job Conditions:</p><ul><li>Independently lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally</li><li>Sit, stand, walk bend, squat on a frequent to continual basis in a refrigerated warehouse environment</li><li>Grasp, reach, push or pull (such as boxes of product, or a hand truck) on a frequent basis</li><li>Work safely up to 36 feet in the air in the rack system to fix dumped pallets on an occasional basis</li><li>Build pallets up to 6 feet tall with case weights up to 50 pounds</li><li>Endurance for continuous, fast paced work</li><li>Fluctuating temperatures within the perishable DC including freezing temperatures as low as -20 degrees Fahrenheit</li><li>Able to work while wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) for the job (such as steel-toed protective footwear, safety glasses, hard hat, gloves, insulated clothing, etc)</li><li>Products may contain food allergens (such as fish, shellfish, peanuts, etc.)</li><li>Utilize equipment for the job safely and accurately after training (such as computer, handheld tracker, copiers, scanners, printers, radio headsets, etc.</li></ul></div></div></div></div>
