Interns primarily spend their time focused on their assigned area of the business. Throughout the summer, intern program managers will host a variety of development focused activities to enhance professional development, provide exposure to all aspects of our business, and engagement events with fellow interns.</div><div></div><div>Program Summary</div><div><ul><li>Duration:11 weeks, Summer 2025 Dates: June 2nd August 15th</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Site Visits</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with Senior leadership</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Skills Workshops</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Final projects and presentations</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Engagement events</li></ul></div><div></div><div>Job Summary</div><div><ul><li>Monitor metrics & dashboards for BJs fueling stations to track equipment health status, alarms, and performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Review and analyze data outputs to identify & react to trends in dispenser uptime, fuel flow, and equipment health. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assistin developing weekly and monthly reports on fuel system performance, service calls, and vendor response times. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Help compare performance across clubs to highlight best practices and underperforming locations. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Partner with Fuel Operations leadership to recommend preventive maintenance actions based on analytical insights. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to creation of standard processes and dashboards to improve how BJs leverages data analytics. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Occasionaltravel</li></ul></div><div></div><div>Qualifications</div><div><ul><li>Able to work hybrid schedule in Marlborough, MA. Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program, mastersprogram, etc. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Preferred majors: Analytics, Operations/Logistics, Businessor Natural Sciences. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Interested in retail withdemonstratedcompetency in business and quantitatively inclined.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and learn.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Agile and eager to work with diverse stakeholders and tasks.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborative and able to influence without authority. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong communicationskills and able to work cross functionally. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email)required. </li></ul></div></div>This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days. In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJs Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
