Dishwasher
Task List - Performs all daily cleaning assignments as per work flow.
- Performs all weekly cleaning assignments as per cleaning schedule.
- Works in dish room, scrapping trays, loading and unloading dish machine and sorting silverware.
- Records dish machine and pot water temperatures, takes necessary corrective action if temperatures fall outside of proper range.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
- Cleans tables, counters and various types of kitchen equipment which may include: steam tables, yogurt machine, beverage machines, refrigerators, slicer, grill etc.
- Removes trash from department and transports to disposal area maintaining levels in department.
- Receives food deliveries and stores products in appropriate areas rotating stock according to policy.
- Delivers floor stock to all floors while maintaining par levels and fills requisitions as needed.
- Delivers patient late trays to the ED and other patient units when requested and does so in a timely fashion.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
