<p><strong>Duties & Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Provide psychoeducation counseling and support to individuals and groups with substance use disorders, utilizing both professional training and personal recovery experience.</li>
<li>Educate clients and their families about behavioral health and substance use disorders, treatment options, and coping strategies.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage client care with community providers and other referral agencies to ensure comprehensive and continuous treatment in collaboration with the client’s assigned clinician/therapist and clinical team.</li>
<li>Meet all requirements of program contracts, including productivity, caseload management, reporting, and timeliness of client contact.</li>
<li>Perform tox screens, including observed urine screens, oral swabs, and/or hair testing.</li>
<li>Attend training sessions conducted by CHR staff or external consultants as requested or required.</li>
<li>Actively participate as a full member of the treatment team, attending all staff meetings and team meetings.</li>
<li>Perform other duties related to the position as needed.</li>
</ul>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span><strong>:</strong><strong>Â </strong></p>
<ul></ul>

<li>Must have knowledge of substance use disorders.</li>
<li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Must be computer literate.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Education:</strong>  Associate or bachelor’s degree required.</p>
<p><strong>Experience:</strong> Personal experience with recovery and a commitment to supporting others on their journey is highly valued in this role. Minimum of 2 years’ experience with associate’s degree and (1) year experience with a bachelor’s degree working in a setting with individuals with substance use problems.</p>
<p><strong>Licensure/Certification/Registration: </strong>C.A.C. or C.A.D.C. preferred. Â </p>
